By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Plush Analytics.

2. Customer responsibilities

• Use the service only for lawful business purposes.
• Protect account credentials and maintain account security.
• Ensure your data collection practices comply with applicable laws and consent requirements.

3. Data and privacy

You retain rights to data you send to the platform. We process that data to provide the service, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable data processing terms.

4. Intellectual property

Plush Analytics and related software, branding, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights.

5. Billing and refunds

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly rolling charge. Refunds are available only if you have not begun using the service for that month.

6. Support and availability (Alpha)

We attempt to maintain strong uptime and support responsiveness. During the alpha launch period, service interruptions or issues may occur.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited for indirect, incidental, and consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may stop using or providing the service according to notice and termination terms in your commercial agreement.
